Our management team delivered the end-to-end sale, dismantling, packaging and transport of a complete Sidel filling line for a major UK beverage manufacturer. The scope covered the full asset lifecycle from finding a buyer and concluding the commercial deal, through to safe physical removal and transportation to the new location — The dismantle and removal of the line from the factory was completed in 21 days
Asset Marketing & Commercial Sale We handled all aspects of taking the line to market, identifying a suitable buyer, managing negotiations and concluding the deal on behalf of the client. This removed the commercial burden entirely from the client and ensured maximum asset recovery value.
Site Assessment & Match Marking The project began with a thorough site assessment and the application of a specialist match marking system. Every component of the Sidel filling line was meticulously catalogued and labelled to ensure accurate, efficient reassembly at the receiving site.
Mechanical & Electrical Dismantling Our engineering team carefully dismantled the filling line, safely disconnecting all mechanical and electrical components. Precision and care were applied throughout to protect equipment integrity and prevent any damage during disassembly.
Packaging & Protection All components were securely packaged on large wooden pallets, with Shrinkwrap film wrapping and specialist protection applied to safeguard sensitive machinery during transit.
Loading & Transport The packaged equipment was loaded and transported using a combination of curtain-side trucks and specialist flatbed vehicles, selected based on component size and weight. All logistics were coordinated and managed in-house.
Delivery & Handover The complete line was delivered to the receiving location prepared for reinstallation, with the entire project concluded on schedule and with minimal disruption to the client's ongoing operations.
