This project represents a repeat engagement built on a long-standing relationship with one of the UK's leading beverage manufacturers. Following the successful sale and removal of a complete Sidel filling line at another of the groups site, Our managment were entrusted again with the sale and dismantling of a Tetra Pak filling line for a European buyer.
The project was executed swiftly and without disruption, demonstrating the value of established trust and a proven process.
Scope of Work
Site Visit & Asset Assessment A comprehensive site visit was conducted to assess the Tetra Pak line in detail. All equipment was catalogued into our asset database, forming the basis for targeted buyer outreach and accurate commercial positioning.
Asset Sale & Commercial Management We managed the full sales process, identifying a suitable European buyer, handling all commercial negotiations and concluding the transaction on behalf of the client.
Dismantling Leveraging the expertise of the selected engineering team, the full dismantling operation was completed within five days. All components were handled safely within a live production environment, ensuring zero disruption to ongoing manufacturing operations on site.
Packaging & Loading All components were thoroughly packaged and efficiently loaded for transport, with the entire removal process coordinated in-house from start to finish.
