Used beverage canning line designed for hot-filled beverages and carbonated drinks in standard 355ml cans.

The line is currently in operation and was originally installed in 1994. It includes filling, seaming, secondary packaging, and auxiliary systems. Designed for fruit-based beverages (hot fill) and carbonated products, the system is supplied with a carbonator but does not include a pasteuriser.

Depalletiser – Manzini Comaco bulk can depalletiser (3 layers per minute)

Multipacker – SMI Group FLEXI (2010, approx. 35 packs/min, double lane, polyethylene film)

Tray Packer – SMI (1994, approx. 25 cases/min)

Process Equipment

Carbonator – Exactomex (supplied, non 5:1 mixing system)

Refrigeration System – Complete ammonia-based system with compressors and receiver tank
