Overview

Complete non-carbonated PET bottling and packaging line designed for the production of fruit-based beverages and ready-to-drink products.

The line features a Krones rinser, filler and capper monobloc, together with flash pasteurisation, Heuft bottle inspection, Krones labelling, Sidel shrink wrapping, OMMAC case packing and complete end-of-line pallet handling equipment.

Currently operating with 500ml and 850ml PET bottle formats, the line achieves production speeds of up to 16,800 bottles per hour.

The line remains in daily production and has been progressively upgraded, including Krones control equipment, bottle conveying and metal detection.

Formats & Change Parts

The line is currently tooled for two PET bottle formats:

Multiple dedicated change-part trolleys are available, including tooling for the rinser and capper.

Condition & Maintenance

The line remains in daily production and can potentially be witnessed operating prior to dismantling, subject to site approval.

The equipment has been maintained as a complete production system and has received progressive upgrades, including:

• Loma Systems IQ4 metal detector – 2020

The original build year of the Krones filling monobloc is currently being confirmed.
